Welcome to Hezronart (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), an album cover design company operating through the website www.hezronart.com. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase or engagement with Hezronart.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services and Scope
Hezronart specializes in creating custom album cover designs and offers premade covers for purchase. Our services are provided exclusively through our website, www.hezronart.com and our Instagram @hezronart. 
3. Premade Covers
Premade album covers available on our website are non-refundable once the purchase is completed. We recommend thoroughly reviewing the cover design, description, and samples before making a purchase.
4. Custom Covers
For custom album cover designs, Hezronart offers a revision process to ensure client satisfaction. The revision process includes a round of free revisions based on the initial design submitted. If the client remains unsatisfied with the design after this round of revisions, they may request a refund.
5. Refund Policy for Custom Covers
a. If a client is unsatisfied with the initial design submitted by Hezronart, they must provide clear and specific feedback detailing the changes required for the revision process.
b. Upon receiving the client's feedback, Hezronart will make reasonable efforts to incorporate the requested changes into the design.
c. If the client remains unsatisfied with the design after the revision process, they may request a refund. However, only 50% of the total payment for the custom cover will be eligible for a refund.
d. The client's refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the initial design submission.
e. Once a refund is issued, the client forfeits all rights to use the design in any manner, and Hezronart retains full ownership and copyright of the artwork.
6. Intellectual Property
All album cover designs created by Hezronart, whether custom or premade, are protected by copyright. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design solely for their album or music-related purposes. The client may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use the design for any other purpose without obtaining written permission from Hezronart.
7. Prohibited Use
Clients are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
a. Using any design in a way that violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws and regulations.
b. Sharing, selling, or distributing the designs to third parties without written consent from Hezronart.
c. Using any design in a manner that promotes hate speech, violence, or any form of discrimination.
8. Confidentiality
Hezronart respects the privacy of its clients and will treat all information provided during the design process with confidentiality. However, Hezronart shall not be liable for any unintentional disclosure of client information that occurs beyond our reasonable control.
9. Modifications to Terms
Hezronart reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Hezronart operates.
